INTELLIGENT POWER MODULES (IPMs)
From 3A to 50A in a DIP package, from 25A to 600A in a module package. High current IPMs are offered in six packs or seven packs with brakes.
Wide variety of LEDs and display-related products including leaded and surface mount visible and invisible (infrared and ultraviolet) LEDs, infrared receiver modules, low-profile surface mount in various colours.
High-efficiency boost regulators with internal 60V MOSFETs. The part is designed to drive up to twelve white LEDs in series. The AOZ1950 supports two dimming control methods: analog dimming and PWM dimming. In analog dimming mode, the LED current can be linearly adjusted with a DC voltage on a BRT pin. In PWM dimming mode, the LEDs can be turned on and off by toggling an EN pin with a square wave and the brightness is proportional to the duty cycle of the control signal.
